你是否有這種經驗，
不知為何，腦子裡突然就飄進一首曾經聽過的歌曲旋律？

晚上傳了封簡訊後，我突然想聽一首歌。
這首歌在2006年時就在我電腦裡了，
不過iTune的歌曲實在太多，也忘了歌手及歌曲名。

再一次感謝Google,
我用Grey's Anatomy Soundtrack這幾個關鍵字，
終於從45歌中重新找到。
這就是我今天要分享的歌曲，Snow Patrol的Chasing Cars.

Chasing Cars - Snow Patrol

這首歌的曲調及歌詞較為樸實簡單而不華麗，它或許未讓你有耳目一新的感覺，
而它在2006年剛推出時也一樣沒有受到太多的注目。
但它有點像今年的電影《海角七號》，這首耐聽的單曲銷售成績一天比一天好，
在2006年至2007年達到巔峰，2007年英國購買下載的單曲中，每4張就有3張是這首歌，
並被The Words Behind the Music票選為Top 500單曲的第一名，
而在Virgin Radio史上Top 500單曲中，它也是被票選為第一名。
另外，它曾經連續48週留在單曲榜內(等於一整年只有4個星期沒有在榜內)，
至今它在英國單曲榜前75名中總共停留了85週，是史上第二名。

這首歌會獲得如此的成績，我認為部份可能要歸功於Grey's Anatomy.
第二季最後一集的最後四分鐘，這首歌的歌詞與戲劇的情境搭配的完美無瑕，
我特別上YouTube把這一段找來，讓我們重新感受那段感動吧！

2. 上面Grey's Anatomy影片有一小段被剪掉，
我特地回去看DVD，那一段是Dr. Burke及Dr. Yang的畫面，
這對組合還真不討喜阿，徹徹底底地被剪掉。
